We have found that from time to time, residents find themselves unable to make needed repairs. We found out someone had been without hot water for over a month and would not ask for help. We jumped into action. We contacted a local plumbing company and had a hot water tank delivered and installed that day and had the bill directed to us. We now always ensure funds are available to assist those in an emergency need of basic appliances and repairs.
